网上查找了一下说是联通网络的问题，要改一下配置文件settings.xml中的镜像<mirror></mirror>，我就搜了一个阿里的镜像，添加进去，如下：

<mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>

</mirror>

此时问题已经解决了一半了

备注：阿里云有些包没有完整的版本，这种情况下，可以考虑以下镜像：

错误原因是：在maven3.0.5以上版本舍弃了create，使用generate生成项目

解决：将create改成generate就可以了，如下：
